Unfortunately this property left much to be desired. The unit is old ? run down or lack of upkeep. The bathroom had visible mold, the kitchen had a film on counter as did the table cloth. Inside, the presentation felt unkempt. The linens and towels , though plenty of , were mismatched, and far from expectations for the location and price of unit. Dishes were also mismatched, chipped and not enough if you're planning to have dinner for 4. We had enough for two and had to wash very often to have enough dishes. Not enough cooking utensils either (knives 2) and eating utensils overall unless you count disposable items. What you see listed is what you get, ie.- no can opener listed nor ice trays listed- you will not have this in the apt. Blender, I was reminded that was not listed but one was brought over. That was nice. Trash disposal - took a full day for owner to help figure out where the trash goes. Fortunately we ran into a nice maintenance man who explained to us the trash can situation for these units. It seems the owners are not too familiar with these units, what's in them nor outside. The location is good , about a mile from Whole Foods or really anything- 10 uber for a mile but close to LAX. Reponsiveness from fast to 12 hours. Overall, this was very overpriced and is in much need of repairs and updating.
