Rent the bikes and cruise the bike path. Easy access to all freeways. Bright upstairs unit w/AC and a dedicated workspace + superfast Wi-Fi. Sparkling clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything. Borrow a highchair & pack-n-play if you need it. Enjoy the patio/BBQ. We will do all we can to make your stay amazing!

The Space:
Bright, breezy, quiet and spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, extra comfortable queen bed, couch, chairs + a large bathroom with an abundance of counter space. Your online meetings will have a great background at our dedicated work desk set-up.
The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance/essential you might need, including spices, oils, coffee & tea.
We always provide extra towels, toiletries, blankets, plus lots of beach gear. Our goal is for you to unwind and be comfortable!
Corner Unit with a large picture window in the living room.
A highchair and pack-n-play are available to borrow upon request.
Beach cruiser bikes are available to rent.
The laundry room is right down the back stairs-open all the time.

Guest Access:
You will have your own unique access code for the private front door, so you can access it anytime after 3 pm. There is ample street parking in front and along side of the building. Make note - street sweeping occurs between 9-11 am on Thursday and Fridays - check rhe signs. The key to the back gate is on the kitchen table. You are within walking distance of the beach, the Belmont Pier, Alamitos Bay and vibrant 2nd Streets with lots of restaurants and shops. Plus, you can walk to Livingston Park - best play area for kids.
The bus stops are close by.
Uber and Lift are readily available in the area.

The Neighborhood:
Fun, beachy, shore community. You will always see neighbors out strolling, biking and walking their dogs, plus lots of kids. Very diverseand friendly area.

Getting Around:
There is ample street parking available. Less than one block from 2nd Street shops and restaurants. Two small blocks to the beach. Less than 3 miles to CSU Long Beach. You can rent our bikes, or rent scooters, take Uber or Lyft, or catch the bus.

*Our favorite casual restaurant is Super Mex - the salsa is soooo good!
*For a more upscale dinner with an incredible view - go to The Queen's View or take a romantic gondola ride through Naples canals.
*A fun brewery close by is Ballast Point or Belmont Shore Brewing- both right on the water
*Best beach for kids - Mother's Beach
*Best playground to walk to - Livingston Park - easy walk
*Best place for water fun - Alamitos Bay. You can rent water toys there.
*Nature - El Dorado Park and Nature Center, plus skate park and golf course
*Best evening stroll - up and down 2nd street. Most shops and restaurants stay open in the evening.

We want our guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Please remember:
- Pets - we love them! Just don't leave them alone
- Highchair and pack-n-play available -just ask
- No parties or events
- No smoking...of any kind
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am
- Rinse sand off feet and beach gear before bringing it back inside
