I didn’t feel comfortable to take a shower because the shower head was covered in rust and calcium. The staff is extremely friendly. The bed is super comfortable and I appreciate the extra blankets. I love that the rest of the room was clean, comfortable and included a mini fridge and microwave.

It's a trucking company next door, that is an inconvenience. The receptionist told me I was able to check in an hour earlier but there was a stipulation. I was not informed. They also didn't inform me of the $50 deposit due with the price of the room.

I went in and canceled my reservation and then was received an email saying that I wasn't able to get my money back because it was an hour past the cancellation time which was not stated when I booked the reservation. Very loud. Right next to a truck depot. In a very sketchy part of town. Did not give me my deposit back (on line it didn't say anything about a deposit) because "two towels had paint on them"....seriously? That is called make-up and washing my face. Why leave towels on the room if they can't be used???

Great friendly staff. Easy check in and out. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the furnishings and the odors of the room. Poor condition overall yet the mattress was comfortable, the shower was hot, and it was just what I needed for a few hours nap before I headed to the airport.
