• No parties, loud gatherings, or adult events allowed
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Only disclosed guests are permitted; the home accommodates up to 8 guests
• No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations
• No mail deliveries (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
• Lost items will be held for 5 days; a $30 handling fee plus postage will apply for returns
• Spa technician services the hot tub every week and will not enter the house
• Gardeners will visit the yard occasionally and will not enter the house
• Guests must comply with Los Angeles County short-term rental rules and the host’s house rules by signing a rental agreement and waiver
• While we maintain the property regularly, things may occasionally break. Any issues will be addressed within 24 hours, and are not grounds for a refund
• Street parking only. Please do not park on Lena Ave on Thursday mornings to avoid street sweeping fines. The host won’t reimburse the fines
• Trash bins are behind the property on the back alley. Trash day is Friday

Noise Policy

• Noise must remain below 55 dB (8 AM–10 PM) and 45 dB (10 PM–8 AM) per local regulations

• Excessive noise (over 70 dB for 10+ minutes) will result in one warning. Continued noise may lead to termination of your stay without a refund

• Please refrain from loud gatherings or any visual disturbances outside, especially on the street or in front of neighboring properties.

• For security purposes, the property has outdoor cameras monitoring the front door, patio, and backyard. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and will trigger an alert
• No indoor cameras are installed
