Oppusset i 2016 og alt ser ganske greit ut. Lokalområdet er ikke bra, mange uteliggere osv. Wifi er dårlig.

Sentralt men veldig lite rom.
God plassering med gangavstand til Hollywood blvd, Hollywood & Highland Center og Hollywood Bowl. Bodde der for å gå på en konsert i Hollywood Bowl. Fint men veldig lite rom. Gode senger. Dårlig Wi-Fi. Kontinental frokost med nesten ingenting. Måtte betale ekstra for parkering. Veldig trang parkeringsplass. Ville bodd der igjen kun for beliggenheten, maks en til to netter.

Aldri følt meg så skitten etter 3 netter på denne plassen. Forferdelig renhold. Manager skylte på nye vaskere. Det var kjønnshår på badet. Flekkete sengtøy. Sokkene var svarte etter å ha gått over gulvet. Dopapir bak skap. Kjøpte meg dedikerte sandaler for å bevege meg på dette rommet. Beliggenheten er god i forhold til avstand til walk of fame, 5 min gang. Men det er fult av uteliggere rundt hotellet som bråker. Man hører alt gjennom de syltynne veggene. Vi følte oss ikke trygge der.

Flott og sentralt hotell
Vi bodde tre netter ved Legend Hotel i oktober 18. Vi ble positivt overrasket over hotellet. Det ligger sentralt i Hollywood og med kort gangavstand til Hollywood Walk of Fame, Madame Tussauds, Hard Rock cafe og mange andre severdigheter. Erfaringsmessig er hoteller så sentralt veldig dyre eller slitne. Dette hotellet var velholdt, rent og med hyggelig betjening. Vi hadde ikke bil, men hotellet hadde også parkeringsmuligheter, ca 15 gratis parkeringsplasser selv om det var litt trangt. Frokosten var ikke noe å skryte av, men det finnes frokostplasser like i nærheten. Vi vil absolutt bo her flere ganger dersom vi besøker LA igjen.

Rommet var rent, bra størrelse. Hotellet lå i kort avstand til Walk of Fame, og en kort kjøretur til Universel Studios. Bra service fra personalet. Trekker ned pga dårlig frokost.

Møkkete hotell i guffent område
Er nyoppusset hotell, men dessverre så møkkete at man ikke vil ta av seg skoene inne. Strøket det ligger i har man ikke lyst til å gå på kveldstid, og på kvelden gikk strømmen og ble borte i flere timer. Det var både utrivelig og varmt. Frokosten som er inkludert er kun cornflakes og bananmuffins

The location isn't bad if you have business downtown Hollywood. But the site has errors. They said the lobby is available. It is not. I tried to use it due to the internet, which keeps dropping. The staff also changes the internet PW and you have to call in to get it. Now, not all the time someone is by the desk - which sucks for someone like me who remote-works. Also, if you get a room close to the road, there is a lot of traffic noise, including buses and dump trucks. For some reason, the guests are always screaming, and there are vagrants who will pass through, rummage the compound, and the staff won't say a thing. This creates an unsafe feeling. There is also no late check-out. After staying for nearly 2 weeks, they insisted I pay for an extra night. If you're just there to crash and head out, it'll work, but if you want to work after-hours, think twice. Lastly, it's odd to see them charging for handicap parking. Pretty distasteful tbh.

Love the movie star art in parking area. Room is designed very nice. Staff was nice. Wifi was strong as promised when I checked about being able to WFHotel. Only spoil was when I was in an important work meeting and I was interrupted mid-sentence by the very loud phone. They had mixed my room up with another and telling me I needed to check out. Some back and forth and they realized their error. They are extremely thin walls, so you will hear everyone outside your room. Other than that it's a fine place for a quick stay. Food in walking distance and some Hollywood stars around the corner.

Check in is done through a Window even though a lobby is available. The 2 guys that work in reception are extremely rude and should not be in the hospitality industry. We asked for a late check out and was told the latest was 2 pm . We then asked if we could store our bags due to a late flight he told us we could but it would cost us $20 per hour yet the website states storage is available with no mention of a fee. After i asked if we could stay until 3pm in the room the guy accepted. We even confirmed with the other employee. When we went to check out the guy tried to charge us $30 cash and said i must have forgotten he told me that a $30 charge was applicable. Both my wife and myself did not hear anything about a charge. The employee became very aggressive towards my wife and me . We have been travelling around the USA for 6 weeks and this was the first experience of a hostile and rude interaction. The owner of the property should know who is managing their business because they are not giving it a good name. Definitely would not recommend this property to anyone travelling to Hollywood

I like legends a lot because it’s conveniently located has parking for $10 which is pretty cheap compared to other places have good room rates and the rooms are decent and clean. It’s definitely one of the better cost-effective hotels amongst all of them in Hollywood.

This place is surrounded by homeless people. While checking in we saw a guy walking in the hallway peeking thru the windows. It was super noisy al night long, cars and drunk people. The inside of the room had dirty walls, the bed was so flimsy, and the floor was sunken in right by the bathroom entrance. Really close to Universal Studios which was nice, but definitely will be looking to stay somewhere else next time.

There was a homeless encampment literally outside the property. The clerk who checked us in was a bit rude because i didn't get my credit card out fast enough to suit him. You have to stand outside to check in even though there was a perfectly acceptable lobby. People arguing right outside our window at 7:30 a.m. and lots of door slamming going on
