I felt the manager that I ended up dealing with needs a lesson in what Hospitality truly is. She needs to listen to the clients and not what she is planning for the evening with her family. There was one young man I am trying to remember what his name was. I remember him for his tattoo of the T-Rex on his neck. He was the friendliest one of the employees I ran into. Super nice guy. Maybe the manager should learn from him. We had a couple conversation during my stay and he was always smiling.

We liked the hotel very much. It was clean and quiet and close to several nice restaurants in easy walking distance. The parking garage is difficult to figure out but the HELP button at the gate actually worked and my issue was quickly resolved. The parking fee seems very high though.

This hotel is a gem in a nice, safe area close to the freeway and other amenities. My only complaint is this trend I’m noticing where hotels now place their shower heads as high up to the ceiling in the bathroom as possible. A short person like myself has to step up to stand on the top of the edge of the tub to move the shower head into a convenient position. At one point someone is going to slip and injure themselves enough to warrant a lawsuit. Lower the dang thing, not every guest is 7 feet tall!

My husband and I drove to Burbank for an appointment that was five min walk from the hotel. Our stay from May 9-13th was wonderful check in was quick and easy, the front desk and housekeeping employees that we did approached were all friendly and approachable; when we have questions or needing something. The hotel entrance is very beautiful when entering is so spacious and clean, you can literally sit there all day and not having to leave the hotel. it has a restaurant, bar and lounge area to sit and enjoy a meal or just hangout. The room itself is dated but is expected. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay at hotel Burbank again….what we did regret was not touring Burbank, as we were leaving we found a restaurant not far from the hotel called(not another broken egg) the food is good, so for anyone visiting Burbank look for this restaurant. We seen many restaurants and shopping in walking distance literally 1-5 min walk. the whole Burbank area is by far the cleanest, safe and the best city in LA.

Really cute hotel. Pool was nice too. It’s got a boutique vibe. Music playing was a good selection. Great cafe and food selection. Not overpriced. Everyone who worked there, especially cleaning staff, were beautiful souls. Only issue, we were put originally by an elevator. Asked for a quieter room, they put us on the side where you hear freeway traffic, train and horn sounds, and the A/C was loud. They changed us to the mountain view side and it was so much better for our last two nights. I just wished we were placed there in the first place because it was inconvenient packing our stuff and moving. Otherwise, great place.

It was good area near and accessible to every thing mostly restaurant. The only thing my complain is when we get in to our room smell like smoke cigarette . I have a kid with me and smell bad but they transfer us to a different room. So it was good the stuff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel looked nice inside, but the bathtub looked like someone had just dumped a dirty mop bucket and forgot to rinse afterward. It is right next to I-5 and there was a lot of noise from traffic. Also, the curtains were gauzy and did nothing to block light. I went to check out the pool in the morning and got locked out and had to find my way around the block back to the lobby. Lastly, the parking situation is confusing. I didn’t know it cost additional and arriving late at night I had trouble finding a direct route from the parking garage to the check in. No signage.

The hotel from the outside looks nice but the inside needs updating, furnishing. rugs etc. The current furniture is outdated and the hallways smelled and the garbage that was collected for the day was at full view in front of my room. On the other hand the staff was really nice.

I did not like the fact that I have to pay extra to get into a suite and paid over $350 per night and the room was ichy and smelled like someone was smoking marijuana in the room. no ventalition in the bathroom, view was awful and we had to wait and call twice to have someone spray the room. And it did not take away the strong smell of Marijuana.

My stay at the hotel Burbank was very nice. I stayed a total of 4 days and nights and was very happy. It was my first trip to California. It was most enjoyable. There's many restaurants near walking distance or you can doordash them to the room. I would stay here again. The pool area is nice. Plenty of room to sit. The staff was very helpful.
