I have stayed here twice now for concerts at Sofi and The Forum. I go in knowing the area is a bit rough and loud. The property itself is clean, updated, and secure. There is key access to get up to the rooms. But it is safe enough of an area that I didn't feel scared walking home after the concerts I attended. Will always stay here for concerts and the nearby venues because it is impossible to get a Lyft/Uber after an event like that.

Overall a good bang for your buck the room was clean and spacious. However we had an issue with the water not getting hot. It took over an hour to get the problem situated. Even talking to the staff we wanted to speak to a manager and we were told she’s aware of the situation but we can only contact her via email. Eventually the situation was resolved and no type of compensation for the inconvenience

Property was OK for the price. The problem we had was getting our security deposit refunded. The staff said that it was fully refunded on the morning of our departure but our bank says this did not happen. Seems the hotel did not know how to cancel the pending transaction properly. Wasted may communications with the hotel trying to get the problem fixed. I saw another review where someone said the same thing - hard to get their security deposit refunded so not good. Other hotels and car hire places had no problems. We eventually got our money by our bank cancelling the pending transaction.

First room I got was very dirty. The bed had stains, yellow stains! Hairs still on the bed and pillows. I removed the sheets and the mattress also had stains. I requested a new room and the second room was the same thing. Third room was okay, bed was clean at least but the rest of the room was a bit dirty. Table by the mirror was dirty and sticky. If I hadn’t booked through a third party I would’ve requested a refund and left that place ! I did appreciate the front desk employee who tried her best fix the issue.

It was a clean place to sleep. Nothing extra in any way shape or form. Bed was squeaky, you could hear throur the walls. Parking was in the middle of the motel and it was 3 stories. Unfortunately there was a extremely loud truck there echoing up the walls during our stay. Had to wait forever to check in, tried calling regarding an early check in no answer. Sat and waited to talk to someone for over an hour. Paid the $25 to check in early because at that point there was no promise there would be someone there to be able to check in at check in

I booked this last minute! Easy check-in. Front desk was pleasant and smiling. Close to airport, shopping, LA clipper and Rams stadium plus liquor store is right next door! Mall, movie theatres, strip malls and more! Many small mom and pop shops nearby. You get a real feel of city live! Before and after gentrification! Starbucks nearby as well.

I needed a hotel near LAX airport. Everything nearby was $200 a night. I just wanted someplace clean to sleep for a few hours before my flight. I saw this hotel advertised on Expedia. It was less than $150 and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It looked like they had recently renovated and the place was safe and clean.
