I always held Hampton Inn's in high regard. At $500 for a 2-night stay, we expected a lot more. There was no ice on any of the 5 floors. We had to bring our bucket to the Front Desk so they could get ice from the adjoining hotel. Secondly, at $250 a night we figured we would have glassware in the rooms, Nope, paper cups. Yeah. The TV was on a dresser at the "side" of the bed, so you had to twist to see it. Every other Hotel in the free world puts the TV at the foot of the bed. It works. Finally, lets not forget the $18 a night to park that they only let you know about when you arrive. We won't be back.
