The carpet looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in many years, and had perhaps suffered from a few parties. The walls also had some old "spills" perhaps resulting from an exploding drink. The surfaces and bedding were clean.

This place is very outdated. Carpet was dirty and I had to be switched rooms due to smell and cockroaches. The second room was better and updated but still had an unpleasant smell. I am a dog lover but it was obvious several people with dogs stayed on property and the rooms were not kept clean. Staff was super nice and helpful, but this hotel need huge renovations.

The room was dirty and the property itself is dated and worn down. The elevator is a death trap waiting to happen. Drops about 6” when you step into it and shakes terribly during descent. No towels or soaps in the room on arrival. They do not actually have breakfast. Instead there is a coffee carafe in the lobby. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room.

Walked in this place only to be greeted by roaches! Not even five minutes within checking into the room there were roaches walking around in the light. There were also roaches in the hallway, in the light. When I asked to move to another room, she showed me another room that didn’t have a working toilet. She offered me a plunger, but no maintenance crew. Then she asked me if I want to go back to the room with the roaches. They also ran out of toilet paper, and when we went up front to ask for more toilet paper, she said they were out. Stared blank and said “I don’t know what you want me to do I don’t have any to give.” When asked to speak to the manager, she called him and the manager chose not speak to us and told us to call corporate, which is not open until the morning time. They were so unwilling to help. Luckily one of the ladies that I’m assuming was housekeeping, directed us back to Expedia to help us get relocated. Thank God for that!!

I liked where I stayed especially since it was close to where I needed to go. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. Unfortunately, water was dripping from the tub/shower combo. I had to close the bathroom door to not hear it. I haven't been at an Extended Stay in a long time so it seems some things have changed in regards to plates and etc, which was fine. I didn't like that I was only provided a body towel. I would have expected a face towel too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

Unfortunately this hotel has been converted. In my opinion I observed what seemed occupants were displaced individuals. And maybe government funded habitation. Therefore I considered my experience as not being at a true hotel. The transformation from my last experience was substantial. The interior was dated, and not maintained. Room amenities were non existent, from towels to no shampoo or even coffee maker. I already committed to stay, and moving to new hotel at last min was not on my agenda. In summary until this establishment becomes honest about its residence and business plan, I would give it a pass. I think a motel 6 would put it to shame. Too bad it used to be an acceptable place to stay.

It was dirty, ghetto, unsafe, and unfit to be called a hotel. Pictures must have a filter on it because the rooms do NOT look like that in real life. We MOST definitely got catfished!

~One of the emergency ceiling sprinklers that was located in the kitchen leaked water overnight. I been told that the sprinkler over the bed had also leaked before, luckily I did not had that problem. ~Someone from staff told me that they didn't serve breakfast in the morning. ~ Shower water pressure was super weak, water was barely coming out of the shower head. ~ And bed was not comfortable, felt hard on my back Overall, not a great experience, the main big upside is that there are retail stores and good restaurants near by the property which I was able to walk to.

The staff was fantastic. Only issue I had was the bathroom floor looked dirty, as to wanting to wear socks in the bathroom and the shower. Shower had a crack in the floor. Other than that, everything was excellent.
