Two days after making my reservation I received an email indicating different hours for the breakfast buffet than indicated on Expedia, housekeeping only upon request and other changes in services. It was an omen. When I checked in I was informed that there was a $10 parking fee per day, something I had never heard of and should have been made aware of. The morning, we went to check out we decided to go to the breakfast buffet. No signage or directions could be found. After 10 minutes we found it on the second-floor way in the back of the hotel again with no signage. However, the topping occurred when we were checking out. We had prepaid so the only charges were the parking fee and the cost of the buffet. We were told that they usually posted the buffet charges in the afternoon so the hotel would have to bill separately later, BUT there was the charge for the IN ROOM BOTTLED WATER. I told the person that the room had a couple of bottles of water in it but we had not used them. Also, as it was 7:30 AM, even if they had housekeeping, how would they have known if we had used the waters? I can only assume that they charge all of the guests for the water and only if there is a protest do they remove the charge. The appear to try to get every dime they can from their guests. I advise you not to stay at this hotel.

They didn’t have my reservation on file, but I had my Travelocity confirmation number so they honored my rate. They said it was an issue with Travelocity but I think it was the hotel. Friendly but defensive about it while they got us a room. Stain on the blanket on our bed.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. They lost my sweater that I left hanging in the closet and they charged me for a water bottle I never used 2 days after check out. Be careful at this hotel they just use the credit card freely for charges that you do not use.

The hotel was nice with very minor annoyances. The room spacious and clean. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any extra bedding for the sofa bed and had to call to have them brought up. With our late arrival our son just wanted to sleep. The dresser drawer kept sliding open on it’s own which was a bit annoying. I have a young child and didn’t feel safe letting her roam alone. Food was Great and the staff was amazing.

Checking in experience was atrocious: lock of the room would not open, front desk asked me to wait in front of the room for the maintenance guy, who never showed up. After 30 min waiting and returning to the front desk, they eventually gave me another room AC in the room was like a freight train. Had to choose between being way to hot to sleep, or being woken up very 20 min when the AC would kick in.
