The home was spacious enough for two people plus a dog. The floor in the living room was not clean. Even my husband noticed it. There wasn’t a drip/brew style coffee maker available so we had to go out and buy our coffee every day. This is a basic item you’d expect to see in a rental property. There were personal items in the property that were left out so it felt like we were in staying in someone else’s house as opposed to a rental property such as food items in cupboards and the refrigerator and toys on the front porch.The backyard had nice amenities but it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. If you’re offering a property that includes outdoor space you’d expect it to be cleaned and ready for use. We ate outside with friends one night and spent an hour cleaning the yard and patio furniture beforehand.The comfort of the beds was so so. We’re used to a king size so it wasn’t big enough for the two of us to sleep comfortably.The location was nice since it was close to the beach. There were nice upgrades to the property as well. Overall I’d rate it a 7/10. Paying closer attention to the above issues could easily make it 9/10.
