The room was nice, the bathroom seemed a bit dated and dirty, the coffee maker spit out little black specks when I tried to make tea and the room is LOUD and when I say loud, I mean miserably loud listening to the traffic outside the window.

The room was whimsical and convenient with the microwave and mini fridge. The room was definitely not the cleanest. We had better customer service from the valet gentlemen than the front desk people. It would have been perfect had the listing been more clear when booked because it said “sleeps 4” and it turned out to just be a queen bed and a sectional sofa for 2 people. An extra twin mattress was an extra cost per night. Essentially the options given to us were to either pay for two extra twin mattresses or pay an exorbitant amount of money for a room with a pull-out couch instead. When requesting supplies at night, we were received with attitude because we forgot to ask for toilet paper and they said “make sure you know everything you need so we don’t have to do any more trips.” The best part of the stay was the layout of the room and location close to everything, but they need to work on their customer service from the part of the front desk team.

Reception looked small and motel like but rooms were nice. I got a 2 story loft that was spacious and clean. Bed was small but cozy. Pillows were not greats staff was very helpful and stored our bags all day. Parking and Ubers are easy in this location

We so enjoyed our stay but have a warning to the manager. The lounge couches and chairs on the outside patio to the lobby are very dangerous. The legs angle and protrude out and create a tripping hazzard. I almost fell and the next morning I saw another woman trip on them also. Luckily she caught herself also. But this is an accident waiting to happen.

The room was nicely set up with very comfortable beds, but lots of street noise on the third floor. $30 parking fee. Lobby is tired and the computers were down when we arrived so we had to wait there 15 minutes until the computers got back up.

The hotel was very old and our first room smelled bad. The lady was very nice and moved us to one that we liked. Once there the couch that was supposed to be a sofa bed was not. They brought us a roll out bed and mentioned they might have to charge for the 4th. I stated how I booked a room that sleeps 4 and it’s not my fault the room didn’t have a proper sofa bed, the manager approved for me to get the second roll out bed for free. The staff was nice other than that i didn’t like the hotel at all. The pictures makes it look nice but once there it’s old and even bathroom tile was coming apart.

I thought my room with the loft bed was really cool! I wish the lightswitches had been labeled and all worked. It was really difficult to figure out which ones to use. Everything was clean and comfortable though and check in was easy. The parking price is outrageous but typical for the area.

This was a clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed, which is what I deem most important in a hotel room. It is a no frills lower cost option compared to most of the hotels. Decor is upbeat and modern. I was hoping to soak in the tub, but there was no stopper, so I showered instead.

Amazing location, they have covered SECURE parking with a guard ! There is a Ralph’s grocery store across the street and a microwave in they room, that helps to save money of food.
