The space

Designed with you in mind, the home comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay while in Culver City. This space places you just near the heart of downtown Culver, but you’ll be far enough to escape the noise of the city!

There is street parking only. But parking on this quiet residential street is always easy! Be mindful there are street sweeps. So please read the signs before parking!
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire unit and the back patio area so long as noise levels are not disturbing. Parking is street only. Do not block the driveway unless for unloading purposes.

BEDROOM
The property consists of 3 bedrooms containing a QUEEN BED, a full-body mirror, SMART TV and a large closet with double doors. If you require more sleeping space, we can offer a queen-sized air mattress along with comfy bedding to accommodate your additional guests, upon request. The bedrooms include room darkening and noise-cancelling curtains. With the exception of the gold room.

LIVING/FAMILY ROOM
The living room contains a oversized sofa & love seat to kick back and relax. Put your feet up and enjoy your favorite show or movie on our SMART TV. Or connect to our FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI to complete the last of your business proposal or term paper in the workspace created especially for you.

KITCHEN & DINING SPACE

Whether you prefer to order takeout or cook your own meals, this apartment has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Pots & pans, cooking utensils, eating utensils, dishware and drinkware are all provided. Enjoy a freshly-brewed cup of coffee using the Keurig coffee-maker & complimentary coffee, or a slice of toast from the toaster. There's a blender available for your use as well. The dining room table includes seating for six!

BATHROOM
The bathroom is detailed in black & white laminate tile, & includes a FULL BATHTUB/SHOWER. Additional bathroom amenities include towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer (master bath drawer) & more.

We provide a host of board games and activities to enjoy with friends and family during your stay!
