High ceilings and lots of windows make this a bright and spacious place to enjoy your vacation in Venice Beach! It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, only half a block to the Venice Beach Boardwalk and right in the center of Venice! Garage parking for up to 3 cars included!

Enter the 3 bedroom unit and turn right for 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the huge livingroom with a fireplace and a 75 inch TV! The kitchen was recently remodeled, and is open to a large dining table for family and friends to enjoy a meal together. Down the hall, you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom. At the end of the hall is the spacious master suite with 2 queen beds, and a large bathroom with a steam shower and a jaccuzi tub!

I'm not on site, but just a phone call away if you need anything.

Fantastic place, truly steps from the beach and from my favorite cafe in LA. Three colleagues working on a manuscript, and it was the perfect retreat. Extremely spacious and clean, and the perfect location. We could work, go for quick dip, walk to any number of cafes or Erewhon for sustenance – and one of my colleagues even brought his boxing gloves and did a few sparring sessions with a local. The hosts reached out after to return an item to us, and were incredibly responsive throughout. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room near Venice beach

My Husband and I took our 2 Granddaughters and our 2 Corgi Chiweenies to Venice Beach for a 6 day stay. Justin sent very detailed directions for our stay, and all the codes we needed. Parking was ample. We have a large truck and it fit easily in safe enclosed parking garage. There are stairs to the unit we stayed in. The place was very roomy, had all we needed, the TV was easy to use. A plus for my Husband and I since we're not tech savvy. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and big, a great kitchen, a cute balcony you can see the beach from, and just a short block to the beach. The girls brought their bikes and rode to the Santa Monica Pier multiple times, there's 2 playgrounds, one near the Pier and one near muscle beach which they enjoyed as well. Everything is close, the small bookstore was a huge hit with a kids reading corner. There's also a great bakery jgusto that's walking distance. So much you can walk to from this place. We also walked to Voodoo donuts. We had a great time. Thanks Justin!!

AWESOME location! Steps to the beach and boardwalk, quick drive to Santa Monica. Well stocked with kitchen cooking items, comfy living room and mattresses. Spacious master bedroom and bath. A little worn with carpet stains and dirty windows but we were there for the outdoors! Would stay here again.

Venice Gem!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5! Host reached out and provided all the info we needed to make our stay easy! We were steps from the beach and close to the heart of all the excitement of Venice Beach. Two amazing coffee shops and tons of quick easy places to find dinner nearby. The rental was clean and had everything we needed to relax after exploring the city or being at the beach. Very spacious with enough room for the whole family to eat dinner or watch a movie together! Lots of amenities that made it like a home away from home!

Disappointing stay with poor communication and no a/c

We were really looking forward to our stay in Venice Beach, but unfortunately this property didn’t meet our expectations. When we arrived there was trash outside the building and the inside and stairwell were both noticeably dirty. Look at the attached picture for the hair & dirt that was swept up in one of the bathrooms the day that we arrived. However, the biggest issue was that the air conditioner wasn’t working. We reported it to the property manager on the first night and while he said an A/C company would come out the next day, nothing was actually resolved. We were told it was out of Freon, but they did not have any to refill it, so we spent another uncomfortable night with temperatures inside staying between 74-76. To make things worse, we didn’t get any updates unless we followed up ourselves, and response times were slow. When we finally told the property manager we were leaving a day early due to the heat, his response was dismissive, saying it was “only 67 outside,” even though the unit stayed much warmer and it was too noisy to sleep with the windows open. Overall, this stay was disappointing and we wouldn’t return.

NOT a place to yourself

The pictures really lie about this place and should be updated. The floor is dirty. You’ll have to lug all your bags upstairs as there is no elevator. There effectively is no courtyard because it’s so filthy you can’t actually use it. The door to the street has to be slammed closed. It’s also a metal door so you bet you can hear that when the other residents of this place come and go. The listing made it seem as though you would have “an entire place to yourself” and that is just not the case here. There is a second place above the one we stayed in and the people who were there were so flippin rude. Walking back and forth in their shoes the whole time above our heads, coming and going out of the VERY NOISY and SQUEAKY garage which is right below the master bedroom. I’m talking 3, 4 in the morning and then leaving again at 7am. A can of WD-40 goes a long way. There are NO CURTAINS on the window looking to the street. Felt very exposed. I mean, how cheap can you be? We’re paying a lot of money to rent this place, you can’t even provide curtains in the only place there is to sit as a group and unwind comfortably? People waking on the street are really noisy so curtains would help that. By the time I left, I was so tired from not being able to sleep due to the noise. Rent at your own risk-I saw so many very high reviews and it just tells me people like to waste their money with bad experiences. This place needs some serious upgrading to be worth the price.

Great Venice Beach retreat!

My friend and I brought 4 teenagers and this property was a perfect fit. The boys rented surfboards across the street and went off surfing while the girls headed over to Abbott Kinney for shopping! The location was ideal---not in the loud rowdy area but steps from the boardwalk/beach. The apartment was quiet, good climate control, and spacious for a group of 6. There's a coffee shop on the corner which made for a lovely morning tradition, along with runs along the beach. I have rented 3 different places in VB and would definitely rent this property again!

Spacious Condo in the Heart of Venice

This place was great! The location was amazing, just a really quick walk to Venice Beach. We enjoyed the extremely spacious unit with high ceilings - the pictures don't truly capture how big this place is. Our family of 5 spread out in the three bedrooms. We enjoyed coffee on the outdoor balcony every morning. Parking under the building was convenient, and all needed information was well-communicated. Would certainly stay again!

Fantastic location

So close to the beach. Parking in the garage. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Loved having a coffee shop outside our door. Overall a wonderful time. Did the tourist things and enjoyed Warner bros studio, Perkins observatory. Highly recommend the studio tour. Kids and adults enjoyed all the interactive activities. Our kids did the surf lessons which they enjoyed and actually looked good surfing. It was a nice place to stay especially if you love the beach.

Great space and location; Needs some Updating

The property is in a great location and has a very good design but needs some meaningful updating -- e.g., the carpets in all 3 bedrooms are slightly stained, the 2nd bath could use some updating (including a door to the shower/toilet area that did not close properly, preventing multiple persons from using the bath simultaneously); the main living area has a wall of windows that were not particularly clean and did not include any blinds, exposing the room to the street and neighbors in the evening when using the room; and the garden furniture was too dirty to use. The property manager neglected to send the entry instructions in advance, so members of our party had to wait outside the property with all of their luggage after a lengthy flight for 20 minutes before gaining entry. With some updating, the property would be great. Without the updating, the property is only slightly above average.

Spacious and Easy

We had a great stay at this condo in Venice. Very roomy and tidy. Accessing the unit was very easy and instructions were clear. We had a small plumbing problem the first night but Justin got it resolved immediately. The neighborhood was great. Local coffee shop literally two doors down, and a Starbucks about 3 blocks away. Very easy access to the beach, skate park, etc. And great location within LA too. Quick 5 min drive (or 25 min walk) up the beach to the Santa Monica Pier. Easy access to most of LA.

Perfect for teens

Great place to stay! Took my son BBC and a few friends here for a senior trip. It was half a block to the boardwalk, & easily can get up to the Santa Monica Pier. The owner was a bit hard to communicate with which caused a bit of stress, but once we were contacted he waz very friendly!

Excellent condo with all the amenities

Great location. Quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Parking in garage was a plus. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We had two kids and their grandma along with me and my husband and never felt cramped. Recommended to friends too!
