«Loved our stay here! The cottage had everything we needed and is a great location in Folsom. Owner was wonderful- great communication, helpful, and accommodating to add an extra night after initial booking. We’ll definitely rebook the next time we’re in the area.»

«This place is like a fancy tree house. We definitely enjoyed our trip! Everything was clean and it was delightful to be able to bring our dog. Access to the river was a cool feature and my husband enjoyed fishing briefly (before temperatures became too sweltering). Of note- there are no windows treatments in the house, which you definitely need to be cognizant of in the master bathroom, as there is a wraparound porch around the house. The lack of window treatments didn't really impact sleep ...

«Clean house! Plenty of space!»

«Great coms, clean and open, up to date.»

«House was just enough for what we needed it for. We would love to stay again for these Hammond travel ball tournaments! Host responded fast to messages !»

«Says sleeps 16. We were able to do this however that is with utilizing the two futons which are very hard and uncomfortable, and two on the sofa. And we had to pull bedding off of beds to have enough bedding. We were told a washer would be available but it was not where we were told it had been moved into cabin but was not hooked up. Otherwise nice cabin. Beautiful location.»

«Excellent stay! Very responsive host. Clean. Would book again!»

«This was our first vacation with our 8 year old and 4 year old. Our 4 year old said ‘it was the best place she’s ever been. It was from another planet!’ 10 outta 10! Our 8 year old has since begged us to build a house just like it because he wants an upstairs play room. My husband and I feel in love with this place. It’s cozy, private, and personable. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation with just you and your family.»

«We absolutely loved the glass house! It is very beautiful and clean and has great views!»

«Everyone in the family was comfortable and the house was lovely»

«Beautiful house and beautiful property!! Quiet and secluded. Perfect place to find some relaxation. The owner's go above and beyond making sure you have all the necessities and more! Definitely the most thoughtful owners!»

«We rented this VBRO property for a weekend to bring our boat on the Tickfaw River for the annual Fireman's Fund Poker Run. Property is very close (maybe 100 yards) to the Riverside Marina which has a nice boat launch, fuel, and store. We were able to launch the boat the bring the truck and trailer back to the VBRO. Property is very well maintained, clean, well equipped with very nice decor. Excellent communications with the VBRO Host who was very accommodating. Will definitely return to the ...

«I was disappointed by the condition of the home. Lights in kitchen did not work, door to main bedroom couldn’t close, had trouble with ceiling fans. Beds were comfortable and ac worked well. If going for old time farmhouse experience you got it. There is no microwave or coffee pot. Overall we enjoyed our stay even with the issues.»
