«This was ideal for our family gathering to attend my grandson’s college graduation. The house is comfortable and spacious and includes 5 bedrooms and a dining table that seats 10. The owner actively manages the property and responds to queries quickly. We had an issue with the coffee maker (possibly due to operator error) and he delivered a new one to the door within two hours. We were under the impression it was a private retreat and had our stuff out when a huge group showed up to use the boat launch. Luckily we were there or our stuff would have been unsupervised with strangers roaming around. I wish it would have been communicated that other people may be using the boat launch. «We all love the layout of this house and having the cabins so people could have some space if they wanted it. The private dock was nice but be prepared for the hike back up from the lake! One thing I would highlight though is the host does not want you to use their towels for any lake activities. It would have been very helpful to have this highlighted in the description when renting so we could have made sure everyone brought their own towel. Other than that it was great!»
