«Might be good to have a book of house rules and how everything worked. We’re pretty good at figuring things out, but it felt weird to keep asking the host questions. Response was great at first, but then dropped off. A book with details might solve this. Beautiful place and great location. »

«Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of
