«Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife
and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked.
In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.»

«Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a ...

«The good points were the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and facilities were good.
The bad were there were 3, however the room was only set up for 2, however this was rectified when we asked. The complimentary water we were told was always 2 didn't matter if there were 3.
The room service was haphazard the beds were not made properly or the dishes washed would have preferred no one to enter the room at all for what was done.»
