«The building had multiple units and we stayed in the Melody unit which was on the top floor. It might be a problem for people with mobility issue since we had to climb up 4 sets of stairs but it wasn't a problem for us. The apartment was very spaces compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The bathroom looked like it was newly remodeled. The apartment was very clean. There was a washer and drying rack. «The apartment was cosy. At arrival there was plenty of communication, was able to get the key late. However, they were unable to provide a receipt for late fee checking. I was in the apartment for 12 nights and got only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one towel. The apartment was not as clean, there was trash under the bed and one of the nightstands was quite dirty. There were signs that the place had not been used for some time due to the dust on floor.»

The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!»

«Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs. ...

«Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient. »

«This was a fantastic, spacious apartment for our family of 4. We initially had an issue with the WiFi and host communicated very well, and sent a technician to fix it very quickly. The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions. »
