Locu Sala - House With Mansard - 'Krupītis'

Introducing you to our exclusive design holiday home in the heart of the Nature Park which can accommodate up to 5 guests. This place is truly exceptional and a hidden gem which enables you to get away from city life and enjoy nature.

As you enter the house you find yourself in the entrance hall straight away followed by the steep stairs (attention for small children and anyone who could find it difficult to climb steep stairs) for the second floor. Passing the stairs one finds himself in the living area with wall-wide windows overlooking the green fields and the lake, as well as the exit to the big terrace equipped with a barbecue.

The living room is equipped with leather sitting furniture, fireplace and a small designer table. Further there is a fully equipped kitchenette with the stove, small fridge, and sink. Opposite the kitchen there are two doors - one leading to the WC, and another to the big shower room equipped with 2 showers and benches. There is also a possibility to book your sauna visit at an extra fee.

The second floor is laid out as a balcony - a mansard sleeping area, equipped with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, divided by curtains for privacy. The mansard can be accessed through steep stairs, and so take a good look at the photos to make sure it suits your group if you are travelling with small children or anyone who could find it difficult to climb steep stairs.

The house has everything prepared for you to start your vacation, including linens, towels, TV, Wi-Fi, guide book, and of course the self-catering possibility in the kitchen. Please note, we have several houses of various sizes which may fit different needs.
