«Thistle House Guest House was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run place, and you can feel the genuine care and pride they put into everything they do. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel more like visiting family than regular paying guests.

«We stayed at Sugar Boat for two nights and had a wonderful experience! We had booked a family room (for three people) and had the top floor to ourselves. A beautiful room, plenty of space for us, very nicely furnished - lovely colours, comfartble beds, tea and coffee facilities.
Beautiful and modern bathroom.
Breakfast in the restaurant was also very nice - good food and nice and friendly staff!
We felt most welcome, and hope to come back at some point.»

«It was a dream. I was so sad to leave and cannot wait to be back. Dimitri, Eva + Co. were wonderful welcomimg hosts and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean spacious filled with elegance and absolutely breathtaking views that make you feel peace the moment you walk in. It was quiet at night and we slept so deeply because of the ambience and warm energy of the house. Amazing history, character and a grand gorgeous historical house and garden. You feel like royalty ...
