The exteriors of the house have an exquisite taste, its elaborate garden full of vegetation and flowers, its fish pond, the play area and its refurbished furniture make them come alive. There is a 9x5m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.20 to 2.20m, a special bar where you can have a refreshing drink, as close to paradise itself, and an outdoor shower. A fantastic porch next to the pool, where you can relax listening to some music or reading a book. A second porch equipped with a barbecue is ideal for preparing a delicious dinner. There are neighbours located less than 50 metres away, although they can enjoy total privacy.

The interiors of this two-storey villa offer a spacious air-conditioned living-dining room with great attention to detail and open to the kitchen. Meet your friends for a dinner or watch a film on the satellite-TV. The cottage-style kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a ceramic hob, kitchen utensils and household appliances. There is a toilet on the ground floor. A stone-built staircase is at the same time a chic place for the wine bottles and leads you to the first storey where you'll find three stylish bedrooms with A/C. There are two chambers with one double bed each and one with two single beds. One of the double bed chambers has also an en suite bathroom with an independent bathtub and shower. Another shower bath is on this floor for the rest of the bedrooms. If you travel with your baby, we'll supply a cot and a high chair. A washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board can be find in the laundry room.

The village of Llucmajor is located in the southern part of Mallorca, only 10 minutes driving to the capital Palma de Mallorca with its famous gothic cathedral. The Pearl of the Mediterranean has a great nightlife, shops and restaurants. The golf course of Son Amer is only 8 km away. Explore the area of Randa by bicycle or on the back of a horse, breathe in the salty, Mediterranean breeze at Cala Pi's lighthouse, visit the chapel of Santuario de Cura or learn more about the island's history at the remains of Talaiot Capocorb Vell. If the beach is what you're searching for, Es Trenc and Sa Rapita are approximately 22 km from the estate.
