Finca Sa Serra is located just 1 km from the pretty town of Lloret de Vistalegre, in the heart of Mallorca. The natural stone property “Sa Serra” is located in absolute peace on a plot of approx. 12,000 m2 and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a living space of 210 m2. You can park your cars safely in the spacious courtyard, which offers enough space for maneuvering.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen as well as one of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Behind the house, with direct access to the kitchen, is the garden with a shaded terrace and a large barbecue area.
Below the house, the 17 x 3 meter saltwater infinity pool awaits you with a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape, as well as seating and 6 sun loungers where you can enjoy your holiday in the shade of the trees.
In addition to amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, the house's facilities also include German satellite television and of course WiFi. The property is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. The main tenant must be at least 28 years old.
The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this regulation can result in guests being fined between €5,000.00 and €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

The deposit is €300.00 and can be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card. Electricity is calculated according to consumption (0.40 €/KW) and will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.
The eco tax is levied on all travelers over the age of 16.
For the first 8 nights the price is €2 per night per person, after that €1. (plus 10% VAT) and is paid in cash upon arrival.
