Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. «Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. My experience with the hotel was very good but my experience with hotels.com not good at all. I booked a pay on arrival at the hotel but 3 days beforehand the fee was taken from my bank account to pay a hotel with the same name, but 250 miles away.
