«Generally a feeling of poor cleanliness all over the hotel. Restaurant tables were sticky. Carpets and chairs were worn and full of spots. Buggs in my room!!! NEVER to be booked again!»

The walls had splatter & marks where something had run down them & the bathroom was dirty in the corner. We couldn't get any hot water from the taps so used the kettle which didn't turn itself off. «Nice looking hotel in a lovely location. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park making it ideal to get out and about either walking, hiking, and cycling in the surrounding area. Waterfall country is about a 30 minute drive away. Very friendly and polite staff. Food was on the slightly pricey side but it was excellent quality.
