An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level and comes equipped with a hot plate, an oven, a gas stove with 3 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom with a bathtub and WC completes the ground floor. The entrance hall, also located on this level, benefits from air conditioning.
