«Hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. House was big but did not sleep 10 as stated- 2 people would have had to sleep on a run down couch. Luckily we had family nearby that could accommodate extra guests. Slight smell of dog in certain areas was not pleasant. We only slept there so it served our purpose well enough. »

«The house was ok except for the mold or what the host calls mildew all over the living room ceiling. There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”.»

«We rented this adorable home to stay at while in town for my son’s graduation at LSU. The hosts were so sweet and accommodating to us and all of our questions. Definitely will stay here again when our daughter goes to LSU.»

«The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.»

«To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. «We rented this VBRO property for a weekend to bring our boat on the Tickfaw River for the annual Fireman's Fund Poker Run. Property is very close (maybe 100 yards) to the Riverside Marina which has a nice boat launch, fuel, and store. We were able to launch the boat the bring the truck and trailer back to the VBRO. Property is very well maintained, clean, well equipped with very nice decor. Excellent communications with the VBRO Host who was very accommodating.Will definitely return to the ...
