«We received a friendly welcome at the hotel and had the keys, layout and rules explained. Room was airy and a good size. Bed was comfy. As room was on road was a bit noisy with windows open. Very pleased and will recommend and use again in the future.»

«Fantastic place to stay and lovely and clean. Had a problem opening the door and they send a person down to assist me quickly. Lovely place to stay and perfect hot tub too»

«Everything is great, you even have tea, coffee , hot chocolate , milk, sugar and chocolates on the pillows. Very professional in every way and so helpful and thoughtful»

«We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings»

«Great location & lovely spacious room. Communication was exceptional & everything was easy to understand. We would recommend staying here as it’s very quiet but so easy to get into Whitby & a few metres from the beach. We have already said we want to stay again.»

«I cant fault this stay in any way.location was perfect, amenities were spot on,and the wheel house, converted garage was done out emaculate with lovely add on,so.if I ever was stay in whitby again, this is where ide stay. Big thank you to the hosts.»
