Helt greit hotell til en meget lav pris.

Flott hotell for en bilferie
Greit hotell etter en dag ved Hadrians mur. Bra utgangspunkt for å besøke Liverpool. Greit å parkere. Bra pris.

Bra hotell, men ligger et stykke utenfor byen.
Oppholdet var fint. Hotellet hadde alt man trenger, men beliggenheter trekker noe ned.

I liked the fact that the room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, e.g foldaway iron andciron board. Headboard designed to accommodate plug sockets, usb points, plenty of sockets in the room. Staff - The staff were friendly and polite, helpful. Dislikes - The lift to the upper floors was very dirty, carpet needs hoivering, cleaning/replacing, mirror in the lift and internal lift doors dirty.. There was basically no show gel in the shower, and very little hand soap in the dispensers which implies rooms arenot checked to see if they meet basic standards. On the first morning at breakfast all the tables close to the breakfast area were all dirty and no attempt was made to clean them until i mentioned it. There was a homeless man who i assume the hotel had allowed to come into the hotel to use the phone wabdering into the breakfast area lifting all the lids to see what breakfast was left. I informed the staff who appear to be sleeping. I dont have any issues with homeless people, or ecen the hotel giving him left over food. However, that is not what i want or expect to see whilst eating breakfast. The area outside the hotel where people smoke was untidy with leftover cans etc.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were phenomenal! Would definitely recommend. The only downside is location but theres not much you can change about that.

I very much enjoyed our stay! 30 minute from Liverpool City Centre, (great if you have a car) Very comfortable bed!! Air-conditioning was fantastic for hearing and cooling the room. Overall great stay

It was exactly what I wanted from a hotel - good price, very clean and good facilities, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. It is worth noting that the hotel is quite far out from Liverpool city centre, so if you are looking to travel into the city during your stay, you would be looking to drive in, get a taxi (around £19-£25 each way), or look into the other transport links. But it is a very nice hotel, I am not sure there is anything else I could really have wanted or asked for, and I would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel, 15 minute drive from Anfield, very convenient, parking included, breakfast very reasonably priced and kids under 12 eat free with every paying adult.

Property on the whole was good but there were a few details that show a need for a bit more maintenance. Fine points like the toilet seat was not fixed in place.

The shower was terrible in my room (111) at all times of the day. The windows was closed but didn't seal properly, a lot of road buzz from outside. Overall a reasonable hotel for a reasonable price.

Hotel itself was fine, the room was clean and comfortable as were the communal areas. The thing that let it down for me was what appears to be a lack of staff. The staff were polite and helpful but when it came to our evening meal we were waiting well over an hour. Breakfast was also a disappointment as you had to wait for everything to be replenished, which took sometime. The food was ok.

Pros 1-This is a very nice hotel, and very modern. 2- great location, close to amenities. 3- friendly staff, was able to accommodate getting extra pillows covers ect. cons 1- breakfast is a little on the expensive side compared to surrounding hotels. 2- housekeeping entered our room at 7:30am and woke my children and myself up, she didnt apologise she just walked out the room, i had to go to reception to enquire who walked into our room at that time. 3- in the morning i emptied our room bin, asked housing keeping for some clean towels explained our room didnt need cleaning, when we left for the day i placed the do not disturb sign on the door, when we got back i discovered the sign on the door and personally telling the housekeeper our room did not need cleaning was disregarded.

We opted to take breakfast on our first day which we paid for cash without receipt. It had a dreadful smell in the morning overcooked sausages and undercooked bacon. Had to resort to other items such as toast !!! Bathroom facilities are poor with poor water pressure too. Linen was not changed for us despite being required (visible) showing that cleanliness is much to be desired.
