Romslig rom. God seng. Rent og ryddig. Frokost kunne hatt litt bedre utvalg. Enkelt å komme seg fra sentrum til hotellet med buss. Terminalen til flyplassen i nabobygg. Bodde der 3 netter.

The hotel is dated and soulless. In bed we were either frozen from the arctic a/c or sweating from the cheap polyester linen. The complementary breakfast was poor, the only hot item (a waffle) just leaked all over the counter top. Staff were dis-interested and shouted at each other at 05.30 in the morning from the reception to restaurant. The hotel lacks competition, we won’t ever stay or recommend this hotel again.

Close proximity to airport , friendly staff , excellent size rooms and quiet , could have dine with a firm pillow , over all excellent stay

First stay at this hotel, chose it as you can walk to the airport, the only good thing about it. Check In seemed to be hard work for the staff, like we were interrupting something. Room was fine but dining options were really poor. Basic food at extortionate prices, so we didn’t eat there. Bottle of 187m of wine £7 … checked same wine on internet £2. I know all airports are a ripoff but this is the worst we’ve come across. If there is a next time we will stay in the city & catch the airport bus.

Very disappointed to arrive in the room and find the toilet seat with urine on it, had to clean thoroughly before my daughter could use, wouldn’t expect at an average hotel let alone a Hilton. Breakfast was hugely disappointing not an expected cooked breakfast to seat down to instead a bag of shrink wrapped cold stuff.

Such an easy and straight forward place to stay when flying the next day, plus the option to leave my car in the car park made everything so Simple for me trip x

What I didn’t like was the continental breakfast in your room. It was delivered in a brown bag and was awful. Where was the restaurant to get breakfast??? Not what I would expect from the Hilton. Maybe they are accommodating another sort of guest ?????

Room was as described and met our needs, parking was in the multi storey next to the hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was not available in the restaurant due to a flood which was not made at the time of booking , a continental breakfast was delivered in a bag with the offer of fruit juice and a hot bacon/sausage roll. Reception staff were functional but not welcoming both at check in and when relaxing with drink later in the evening and 24/7 menu was not available due to staff shortage.

We had to book this hotel at the last minute so hadn't had time to read any reviews or policies. The reception staff were great and explained that their was limited hot breakfast , we would only be able to order a hot breakfast roll but she would bring up a continental breakfast bag up to our room. Unfortunately the bag was not exactly what I would have called a continental breakfast, both bags were different and had random items in them. On the second night the breakfast bags had been left outside our room and again very random items in them. A packet of custard creams, a carton of orange juice and a small container of jam , a wooden knife and a spoon. Other than the lack of breakfast everything else was ok.

My room was great very clean, But dining for breakfast was limited as there was building work going on and was not made aware of this when booking and checking in.

Okay - did its job for one night
Booked last minute (same day) as little availability elsewhere due to a football macth. Used to be a Hilton Honours member but let it lapse as I felt standards had dropped. Check in was easy, but I hadnt expected or been told of a £50 deposit in case of any expenses being incurred - it will be interesting to see how long that takes to be returned. £12 to park car for up to 24 hours. Room was sizeable and clean. Room was cold on arrival and took a while to warm up. Wifi was quick and reliable. Food menu was limited, possibly due to a recent flood. Bar area was clean and prices about what was expected for a hotel - £5.90 for Stella. Very sterile bar area, no TVs etc. No toilets available due to a flood - I was told I would have to use my room which was on 11th floor - bar is on 5th floor. Breakfast was limited due to flood - cererals, toast, croissants and a bacon / suausage sandwich on request. Could not give me a VAT receipt on checkout as I had booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com). I do 40+ nights a year away on business and have never been unable to obtain a VAT receipt before even if booking through 3rd party.

Stayed here as we had an early flight, barely slept a wink as the bed was rock solid, toilet constantly leaked so barely flushed, location is convenient but that’s where the positives ended

Great location you can see departures from the hotel However not the place to get something to eat with the choice between a burger or pizza They promise specials but this was not an option I would eat before you arrive

Very nice stay. Hotel is directly across the road from the airport so no need to worry about getting to the airport. Nice, clean rooms and filling breakfast. Highly recommend.
