Hopeless!
Horrible! We would not recommend anyone to even put their foot into this place! We were a family of 5 staying there for 5 nights, and we all got a heavy breath because of mold and damp inside the apartment. All sills had ponds of water and mold and the problem got worse day by day during our stay. All in all an extremely bad experience. To increase our frustration even more, the manager did not refund an agreed discount to compensate for our stay at Dream Apartments, Water Street, Liverpool. Everybody considering staying there: Stay away!!!!!"

Good location, nice room and good beds, but there was absolutely no ventilation in our room, and there were no windows that could be opened. The humidity and lack of air got worse and worse during our three days stay. The receptionist was not helpful at all when we addressed this problem. It seemed like she did not believe us. We will never consider staying here again, and we will not recommend this place to anyone based on our experience. The bad service at the reception when we tried to get help with the lack of ventilation was the biggest problem. With so many good hotels in Liverpool, you will surely find a better place.

Veldig dårlig første impression men bra plassering
Først kom ikke AirPort shuttel hotellet hadde bestilt , når vi ankom hotellet hadde vi blitt flyttet til søster hotellet uten og få beskjed. TV uten fjernkontroll og funket ikke. Ikke en tanke om noen som helst kopansasjon. Dårlig service og når vi ba om gratis sein utsjekking gr alt d tullet ble vi avfeid!! Det eneste positive er at plasseringen er veldig sentral

Noe forbedringspotensiale
Måtte vente 90 minutter etter avtalt innsjekk før vi fikk rommet. Selv om vi bare var 2 så hadde de redd opp i stua til oss selv om vi hadde eget soverrom. Det var heller ikke noe varme på badet som var veldig kaldt. Heller ingen mulighet for å lufte på soverommet så det måtte luftes fra stua, og da blir det jo kaldt der når en står opp. Måtte også purre på resepsjonen flere ganger for å få utført små oppdrag. Ellers greit lokalområde, flott kjøkken og greit ellers.

Fin beliggenhet, men....
Vi fikk ikke den leiligheten vi hadde bestilt. De hadde lekkasje der. Dette ble ikke opplyst ved ankomst. Vi fikk ett i stedet for to soverom. Vi gå beskjed om at vi da skulle betale for ett og ikke to soverom. Det ble lovt at manageren skulle ta kontakt, det er ennå ikke skjedd en uke etter hjemkomst. Vi fikk lekkasje på badet. Dette ble raskt fikset. Vi ble lovt rengjøring og nye håndduker. Det skjedde ikke. Vi måtte selv hente nye håndduker. Øvrig service vi ble lovt skjedde ikke uten at vi måtte minne dem på det.Det var ikke dører til annet enn baderom. Beliggenheten var fin. Leiligheten moderne, men litt lite utstyrt. Vi trivdes, men det drar ned at man må mase for at ting skal bli ok

Flott leilighetshotell sentralt i Liverpool sentru
Kjempe fine leiligheter. Stor og fint innredet,her har du alt du trenger. Deilige stue med romslig kjøkken, på kjøkkene var alt du trengte ink.oppvaskmaskin.Leiligheten inneholdt stor gang ,flott bad med dusj,2 soverom med gode senger.Skap og kommoder på begge rom.Beligenheten ganske sentral i sentrum.Kort vei til resturanger,havna eller byen.Kan anbefales på det varmeste,vi var kjempe fornøyd med vårt opphold😀

Arrived at their apartments to sit there for more than an hour and wait for the apartment to get cleaned after coming inside the apartment the apartment stunk of fish and after you use the sink it’s stunk of sewers?Where we was waiting for the room to get finished we was screamed at by homeless people outside? We asked for a two bedroom apartment one of the bedroom didn’t even have doors on it? But apart from that it was okay very good location.

3 day stay at DReam Water Street
Apartment was really nice and clean and well situated for everything we wanted to do. Only problems we had were; no instructions for the hob (which locked itself!) and it took talking to 2 people before we got that resolved;towel rail in bathroom didn't work which we didn't get resolved. Minor problems though which would not stop us staying there again. Reception is not manned till 11.30am so if planning to leave luggage when checking out be aware of that.

Check in person had little idea about the process or property. Was charged 20 for offsite parking. When I finally found it huge sign says “hotel parking 9$” best part, printed voucher useless since machine only and had to pay another 22 to get my car out. Empty hotel middle of the week was given room right on the floor level with construction by my window starting 8am. Wish I stayed elsewhere. Sent email to manager regarding parking refund and only received an apology. Booo

Anything but ‘Dream Apartments’ during our stay.
From checking in to checking out we faced disappointment. We queued for half an hour to check in with our two young children. The reception had a foul sewage smell and litter scattered on the carpet. Two male members of staff were behind the reception desk, I presume they were maintenance guys as they wore the company logo on the jacket. One of the men had no care but to swear infront of customers Including my two young children on how f@&/n thirsty he was. After queuing for what seemed a lifetime at 3:10pm our room wasn’t ready and was told to return in 20minutes. We retuned at 3:47 only for it still not to be ready. We agreed that if we could just drop our bags we’d return later. The corridors were very untidy with bags of unwashed sheets left on the corridor. Our room was cold and decided to put on the heating only to find the heater rested against a wall. (The wall bracket was broken) We also found a dirty mess of food and hair behind it. Our bedroom light wasn’t working. Was promised four twin beds, we had 2 twin beds an 1 very small double. There was also a sewage smell in the shower. We were unable to watch tv as there were no batteries in the remote control. We will not be recommending The Dream Apartments to anyone as it was far from what was advertised

All apartments not in one building so have to walk 10 minutes up street with suitcase, 250 pound security deposit taken off your card is a bit high. Apartment was lovely though

The building has areas that are under construction, the lift is not available, and there was only 1 mirror in one of the bedrooms. A mirror in the bathroom would be advantageous

Ved ankomst blev vi opkrævet £25 ekstra for at den tredje person i familien måtte sove i lejligheden selvom vi allerede havde bestilt et tre personers rum og betalt for alle tre. Receptionisten sagde at vi godt nok havde betalt for tre personer, men vi skulle betale hvis den tredje også skulle sove der, hvilket ikke nogen som helst mening giver. Man kan jo heller ikke betale for tre personer på et fly, men når man står og skal boarde så beder de om ekstra penge for at den tredje person også kan få et sæde ombord på flyet.. Vi endte dog med at betale, og dette bar sengen som vi havde betalt £25 ekstra for at få sat ind på værelset åbenbart..

Definitely not a dream apartment!
It was overall a disappointing stay. The hotel did not fulfil its advertised responsibility - I booked and paid more for a room with city view but there was’t such a room when i checked in. The check-in procedure was disappointing too - i was moved twice to get a room that would somewhat meet my booking requirement. All this took 2 hours to complete; and the reason for moving me the first time round was ludicrous viz. they claimed the assigned room had leakage issue but we were shocked to see another group stayed in the same first room the next day. While i was given a bigger room than what I had booked, presumably as a compensation, the room was not ready in that there missing lamp in the living room, no carpet, the second bathroom had water pressure issue thus rendered it usable; Imagined a family relying on one bathroom for the duration of a 5-day stay. More shockingly, the hotel was still under renovation and would by any definition be deemed unsuitable for human stay because of the dangling cables, dust, water leakages, paint smell and many other issues which i will not mentioned here. The dust condition had triggered sinusitis among all of us. There was also no lift, hotel guests would have to lugged all their luggages up to as high as 5 floors. Even though room cleaning service would be provided for guests who stay minimally 5 days, our room were not cleaned at all. Worst, there is no phone In the room, guest would have to walk to the reception get the hotel attention

I booked a 2 bed apartment for a Halloween ferry party in Liverpool, had 2 confirmations for such, then a third for a 1 bed apartment, called and emailed, no response, so rang the night before and they rang back, got the 1 bed changed back to a 2 bed, that was fine, traffic was a nightmare, however the postcode given was for their other apartments, so after changing in their toilets for the party had to make our way to ferry, passed our apartment, dropped our stuff and ran to ferry, now all this was bad, however when we got back, the apartment was exactly what we needed, had it’s few faults, shower loose, a bedroom heater not working, but is exactly what I wanted, large, we’ll equipped and warm, clean and nicely decorated, for the price of 1 hotel bedroom, I will be looking to these again when in town. 9/10

Nous sommes arrivés à 15h, notre chambre n’étais pas prête alors que nous devions la récupérer à 15h, mais nous avons quand même fait l’enregistrement, avec un surplus de 25£ pour un cinquième lit, nous remarquerons plus tard que le tarif inscrit dans la chambre est de 20£ pour un 5eme lit, ensuite nous proposons de revenir 1h plus tard, à notre retour nous faisons face à une autre personne à l’accueil qui nous demande si l’on peut revenir 1h plus tard car notre chambre n’est pas encore nettoyé, je lui réponds que non car nous restons seulement une nuit et il est déjà 17h ! S’en suit de longues conversations où il nous explique de bonne foi qu’il n’y peut rien la chambre n’est pas nettoyé, je lui réponds aussi de bonne foi que ce n’est pas mon problème. Entre temps Notre chambre a changer 2 fois de numéro pour revenir sur le numéro que nous devions avoir dès le début ! Bref ce fut une horreur ! Cette appart’hotel est à éviter absolument ! Nous avons perdu énormément de temps alors que notre voyage était très court, seulement 1 nuit. De plus le linge sale est dans le couloir à proximité des chambres ! le personnel est plutôt accueillant mais la gestion de cette hôtel est une horreur ! Je n’y remettrais plus jamais les pieds dedans !

Good until something goes wrong.
Given one bedroom apartment instead of two bed for first night of our two night stay. Still awaiting partial refund for this nearly one week later. Apartments are nice and reception staff were helpful and polite, but if anything goes wrong communication from management is poor.

I liked the size of the apartment it was tidy, I was very disappointed that there was no internet the the first night, I paid £40 for a party pack it wasn’t worth £40 i left on Thursday and they still have not released my deposit I was told it would be done straight away

Location of these apartments, walking distance to attractions in Liverpool. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff friendly and obliging. Parking proved a bit challenging.

Excellent place, but no elevator
The place was wonderful the bad part was that they did not have an elevator. So we had to bring a lot of baggage 4 floors. Not fun at all. Other then that was a wonderful place.
