A great place to stay. The property is self service which I wasn't aware of when booking, but access was easy. The room was very clean and had most basic facilities. The only issue was there was no soap in the in-shower dispenser. Also, a glass or cup in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.

Property from outside looks dodgy and the area is run down . It’s on the docks , couple of Lorry’s passing in the night but didn’t bother us , properly was spotless , shower was lovely , toilet seat was broken so that’s why I gave a 9. Felt safe and other residents quiet . Kitchen clean and could make a cuppa. I would def stay there again , secure parking next door at the regent hotel £3.50 for 24 hrs (cctv) , even though the road was dirty the hotel was lovely , it is unmanned but tel numbers there if you need assistance. Oh and the beds are nice and comfortable, yes I would recommend and would stay there again

Basic and clean property. Very quiet around as it is by the docks. Easy parking. My only advice is to change the taps on the bathroom as they spray outside of the sink when opened. Shower is very good.

I was givin a room at the back of the hotel with no window light and no air access due to the window being on the back of the building i was unable to open the window due to dirty rubbish and a bad smell coming from the back of the property which was covered in rubbish

Very clean tidy property, comfortable beds, need to be driving as there is very little near by, Industrial area, didnt like the pin number entry system as i cant remember my own pin numbers , never mind another 2 ,over all fine for a short stay

Excellent location for all amenities and Liverpool city centre, property was clean and tidy. Entrance was easy to access and secure. Parking available on the road but it’s heavily trafficked by hauliers etc so safer overall to park in the Regent Hotel car park and pay approx £3.50 for 24 hours. Would definitely recommend the property for a stay at a very competitive price, thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hairs beside toilet as we came in. Stains on walls and bedding Grey bedding in a hotel? Funky smell in room. Noise and parties was awful from neighbours obviously not a reflection on hotel Beds broken underneath

Really lovely place and clean room, the kitchen is fully equipped and definitely is a big plus. The heater in the bathroom wasn’t heating the bathroom itself but that was the only negative:))))

Rooms was good size, very clean, showers was fantastic, clean shared kitchen with everything you needed including washer and drier.

Room was damp with mold on walls ,smelt damp so as we opened room door . Heating was turned off and room cold even thou it was freezing outside ,we then had to wait hours for the room to warm up. On a good note the beds where clean and penty of towels .

Olujimi, the hotel was in fact not temporarily closed on the date you booked to stay.You were sent three separate emails via the platform that you booked through. One of these emails contained your access codes for entry to the hotel and your room. Please ensure you check your messages via the booking platform that you choose to book through for any future stays so that this mistake doesn't occur again. As I can confirm that these emails were sent to you, no refund would be accepted as everything that you needed to access the hotel was sent over on our end. However, we are sorry you did not get to enjoy your stay at Dockside Lodge!

Overall a nice stay, good price, nice room and kitchen. However, the internet did not work well and the area looks and smells a little off. The outside may not look the best, but the inside definetely makes up for it. With clean rooms and comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen.

Great hidden gem of a place!
Don’t be put off by the area or views honestly it’s a great base for exploring! 10 minute Uber ride into town. Nice and quiet after a busy bustling day. The kitchen space was brill for keeping our beers cool 😆 and for the all important coffee come morning! Immaculately clean. Perfect for the money!
