Ok hotell men inte värt pengarna.
Var en ganska ok hotell. Ligger vid vattnet så läget var bra. Vi tog en promenad längst vattnet och det var väldigt fint. Frukosten var ok men inget märkvärdigt, samma med rummen egentligen. Egentligen lite förståelig att det är en 4stjärnig hotell. Borde va max 3. Det mest irriterande var att vi bokade det hotellet just för att min son tyckte det skulle va skönt å bada spabad men när vi satt där så kom en i personalen å sa åt oss att barn inte var tillåtet. Han blev så klart oerhört besviken och det förstörde ganska mycket av den annars så fina mini semestern vi hade där allt egentligen var väldigt bra. Övrig personal var dock väldigt trevliga så där finns inget att klaga på. Överlag så var det inte värt priset vi betalade för att bo där. Finns andra bättre hotell..

Liverpool fotball tur med familie.
Ikke håndusj i dusjen. Dusjing i badekar med forheng. Dette er ikke greit. Sengene ok. Masse bråk fra ventilasjonen. Beliggenhetenen er veldig bra. Veldig god frokost.

Tilbake igjen ifm Liverpool kamp
Overnattet her for andre gang ifm at de yngste fikk være med på Liverpool kamp for første gang i livet. Hotellet er gjennomgående bra, men SPA /svømmehall og tilhørende fasiliteter har sett sine beste dager. Men barna tenkte ikke på dette, så svømmehallen var en suksess.

Flott hotel
Veldig fint hotel i rolige omgivelser. Fine rom og stort pluss for to dobbelsenger. Nydelig frokost og veldig hyggelig personale. Hadde gjerne valgt det samme igjen.

No smile or welcoming words from the young lady receptionist. Late lunch in the lounge area was pleasant but two young men, one sprawled out on the settee, were attended to by another young lady member of your staff, who obviously knew him well, for the whole time we were there. She was on duty so not really a professional front for the hotel! Room was chilly but couldn’t get the air con to work. Maintenance finally managed to get a flow of warmish air having removed ceiling tiles to check. Bath would not run hot in the morning and took 20 mins to fill using the shower head as it would not switch off but was running hot! After some fiddling we did manage to get the main tap flow working independently but not the calm morning experience I was looking forward to. Excellent breakfast, generous booking in/out times and easy parking.

I loved the breakfast, the staff, the location. The pool was great, but could do with a little more cleaning around the side. It was a lovely facility to have, please clean a little more though!

Had no running pressure in the bathroom with water for showering and barfing air-conditioning, making bad noise all night reported this to reception and was told they’re going to look into it but had no maintenance to look into it when reported next morning mentioned it and the same lady spoke to yesterday, wasn’t there

Clean spacious rooms right on the waterfront. 10 min walk along the waterfront to museums & historic buildings. 5 min walk to city centre with more historic buildings and many restaurants. Fantastic gym: high quality cardio machines and weigh rack, large warm pool. Deducting one star because the in-room coffee is horrid instant and there’s no coffee machine in the lobby or coffee shop nearby.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Value for money. convenient to everything in Liverpool. Lovely staff. Room clean with lots of extras. I would recommend this hotel.

TV equipment are hold No smart TV and poor internet connection check-in at 3 pm a bit late. You can get a late check out by sign-in to IHG however staff not inform you about it. Only get information about breakfast, no information about pool or gym.

Nice hotel in good location near to the Albert Dock. Rooms were very clean and spacious and good selection of food at breakfast. Our only disappointment was the pool. This was the main reason we chose this hotel and whilst I understand the gym and pool are open to non- guests, there were lots of older people “swimming” who made the children feel as though they were a bit of an inconvenience!! The ladies changing rooms are being refurbished so a temporary room was in service which was actually like an old storage room and not fit for purpose. Also the pool area was very dated and the tiles were quite unclean in places. I think the whole area could do with being updated or at least deep cleaned.

The staff were amazing so helpful and accommodating and the pool area is lovely. The only thing I would improve is soundproofing the rooms a bit better from the corridor/outside.

Lovely hotel. Great location, in walking distance to most of central Liverpool. The room was comfortable and a good size, the staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent. I'd go back.
