«So first room had a bed bug found, so switched to another room. Second room: was unable to adjust temperature down to comfortable setting and TV would turn on but unable to get picture or channels. »

«Terrible »

«Checking in, the front lobby was under construction this included the free continental breakfast area. They then informed me that they need to let me into our room each time we need to get in because the card keys were not working but that they close at 10pm. In the room it smelled of smoke and the biggest issue was that the lock in the inside was broken/ripped off the door. »

«Room was very clean, staff was friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Great place to stay for a great price. »

«Hampton Inn is conveniently located near shopping, dining and a supermarket. It is right off the highway (I 295) and easy to find. The staff is friendly and informative. Everything from the lobby to the pool to the gym and our room was clean and in good condition. The heating system was easy to adjust, quiet and efficient. I recommend this property for its value as well.»

«I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles, ...
