«The condo was spotless. The communication with the owners Chad and Ingrid was perfect. Any questions that might had were answered immediately. The condo had a plenty of coffee pods for the keuring. There weee plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and a wagon to pull the chairs in. The best part was the beach was just across the street. You are central to the supermarket and tons of shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!!»

«The location was reasonably priced and house was clean. However, we hated the fact we could not flush toilet paper in toilet!! 😒We had to put the tissue in the trash and take it outside to depose of it!! Such a big inconvenience»

There were enough beds for 4 people, but this time it was just me and my husband, and this villa was clean and perfectly appointed for us. The host provided everything we needed. «Nice spot to relax. Screen Porch was a big help in the hot summer days. Nice bedrooms and bath for 4 people. Six would be a challenge given the sleeping area is the landing outside the bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had all that we needed for cooking during our stay.»

«While communication with the host was fine, the description of the condo itself was not. The picture show a beautiful and well maintained area. It was not. There were holes in the floors and walls. Broken beds, door knobs and closet doors. When we arrived there was food in the fake plants and dead flies behind the small appliances. «There are so many great things about this property. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The location could not be better and was surprisingly quiet. The sunrise view from the balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The small touches added by the owner makes this unit feel very special.»

«Nice, little apartment for 2 people centrally located to walk to pretty much every attraction (the apartment is maybe 2 to 3 blocks from the Cathedral of St. John and the Colonial Park Cemetery. It was a 12 to 15 minute walk to the river and shopping). Being able to use the garage would have been a nice added feature but our full size pick up wasn’t going to fit no way no how.
