I expect Kempinski hotels to have a high standard. What I didn't expect was for everything to be just perfect. The Kempinski Hotel Cathedral Square in Vilnius has quite unexpectedly joined the ranks of my favourite hotels. It is rare that a hotel manages to operate so flawlessly and in such a warm and friendly way at the same time. Everything worked and everyone was lovely. Breakfast could have some more variasion,better juice.

Everything was excellent, but the minibar in the room was not working at all. The drinks were warmer than the room temperature. When I mentioned this at the reception, they explained that the minibar only chills drinks to 15 degrees, and if I want them colder, I should ask for ice at the reception. So if you want a beer or wine, you’re supposed to drink it with ice or wait another 30 minutes while it chills in ice? Really?

Dette er et veldig bra hotell ved flyplassen. Dette gir bra valuta for pengene.

Alt var helt fantastisk. Nydelig mat, omgivelser, seng. Veldig bra service, ute-område og basseng.

We stay here once each year during our summer holiday as a full body and mind relaxation. Kids love it as well, the atmosphere is so relaxing! And massages are must for the full experience

We had superior rooms and really enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice hotel with all the facilities needed. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is quite expensive. Food variation are good but the place is kind of small. We had to wait because the place was packed.

Nice hotel in a good location. Superfriendly staff in the reception. We especially appreciated that they offered us a breakfast to-og-bag, when we left early for the airport.
