After suffering through two horrible nights at another residence we booked this hotel on a whim to get away from the other place, and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived fairly early in the day.
Getting there is easy, the metro subway station is just a 3 minute walk away and connects you to almost everywhere in Lisbon.
The staff was very welcoming, and when they heard about our initial experience staying in Lisbon they were kind enough to let us check in early!
The hotel is very big and can be a bit confusing as it is made up of several buildings connected via elevator and hallways, but once you've made your rounds a few times it's fairly easy to navigate.
The room was pretty big. Nice and clean beds and bathroom, with a little kitchen, a washing machine and a little balcony overlooking the hotel bar area. You could hear the music in the evening, but it wasn't bothersome. The only downside was that the shower in the bathroom leaked on the floor making it a bit messy (a minor inconvenience).
The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, and there was no problem grabbing sunbeds to chill by the pool. They have some restaurants and bars as well. We only had a drink at one of the bars, but the atmosphere was very nice and they seemed pretty popular.
Also want to mention that one of the reception staff recommended another fantastic restaurant, so do not hesitate to ask them.
They also have free luggage storage at the hotel.
