The space features a bright, modern design with wood-style flooring and minimalist decor that creates a warm Lisbon vibe. You`ll sleep comfortably in a double bed with quality linens and a decorative Lisbon-themed headboard. The private en-suite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and fresh towels for your convenience. A small kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and all the basic dining essentials.

There`s a foldable dining table with two chairs, ideal for enjoying a quick meal or working remotely. The studio is fitted with an air conditioning unit for year-round comfort and a mounted flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. A large window at the rear of the studio allows for limited natural light while maintaining privacy. Located at the back of the building, the unit offers a quiet retreat away from street noise, making it a perfect base for solo travelers or couples seeking a simple yet central stay in Lisbon.

Bairro Alto is the heart of Lisbon`s traditional nightlife, so guests should expect a lively atmosphere at night. Please be informed that this might result in some noise throughout the week, especially on the weekends.

- Guests must complete a government-required ID form before arrival.
- Check-in is self-guided, with clear instructions provided after booking.
- Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply.
- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and to access it requires climbing stairs, as there is no elevator available.
- Please note that a €100 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.
