You’ll find a modern apartment with a kitchen, dining and living area, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms ensure a restful and peaceful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, another bathroom with a shower, and a separate restroom provide all the comfort you need for your stay. The accommodations are ideal for both couples and families.

This allergy-friendly, non-smoking property features high-quality flooring in all rooms.
On the balcony, you can enjoy the view while having breakfast or an evening aperitif. A special vantage point at the upper end of the property is also available for balmy, convivial summer nights.

Upon arrival, you’ll find amenities such as freshly made beds, folded hand towels and dish towels, and a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of hand towels per person are included. The visitor’s tax is charged separately and remitted to the municipality.

Spacious, newly renovated three-family home on the outskirts of Lindau with a stunning view over the vineyards to Lake Constance and the Alps beyond. The building is located in a very quiet area in the Schönau district. The light-filled apartments on the first floor and first floor are available as vacation rentals. Both apartments are furnished to a high standard and very well equipped.

Two parking spaces are available on the property for each apartment, and bicycles can also be stored there.
