«The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. «スタッフの皆さんはとても感じがよく楽しく過ごせました。ベットシーツが汚れていて、はじめは気が付かなかったのですが、変えてないのかな。。という感じ。別の部屋に泊まった人もいたのですが部屋は広くて暗いか狭いかでした。トイレの窓が完全に閉まらず、夜の間に虫が大量に入ってしまいました。。。食事も美味しかったので設備だけが残念でした。»

«Very easy to find with a large car park at the back. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of drinks was great with it having its own distillery. The food was beautiful and freshly prepared. The room was just as you would expect and the bed was so comfortable! The set up overall was perfect. Would go back next time we’re there. There are also busses that run outside so no need to use your car.»

«Typisk engelsk i flotte, landlige omgivelser. Hyggelig betjening og et greit og stille rom. Trivelig utendørsområder for å slappe av i. Generelt god mat, men forkosten var sparsom. Synes heller ikke noe om at hunder skal spasere rundt i restauranten når man spiser middag eller frokost. Men det var stilen.»
