We arrived quite early in the morning from a long flight and much prior the check-in time. However, Ms Yasuri at the front desk kindly arranged for a very nice alternate room to be ready in no time. While our stay was of only 2 nights, the comfort of our room and of the facilities was apparent.
Upon check-out, Mr Joseph was most helpful, requesting our comments on things that could be improved. We had 3 observations: 1. the bar door should self-close as its music is very loud and floods the reception area; 2. the reading room at the right side upon entering the lobby used to have a nice feeling of coziness and elegance with beautiful art and furniture before; it was replaced with a large soul-less meeting table that does not portray the status of the facility; 3. the service door in the lobby to the side of the elevators leading to the interior service hallways should always be closed, as guests awaiting the elevator have the view downgraded by this sight.
This is probably my 10th time staying in this very cozy, friendly and incredibly well located hotel, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, either for business or for vacations. It is a well kept secret in San Isidro, Lima. Sincerely, Harish
