«The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. I will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area. »

«I would give zeros if possible. One star is the lowest rating possible so I had to go with that. We touched base with host the day before our reservation. We arrived at the property (complete with groceries) only to find out the property was NOT available due to a long term rental. We had the code to the door and were able to walk in on someone else’s stay. That was incredibly dangerous and disrespectful for all parties. «The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance.»
