«Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.»

«The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant ...

«Ik kreeg een rook kamer met blinde muren. Geen ramen. Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen. Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima. Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. »

«We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. «Das Hotel ist sehr einfach gehalten hat aber eine Klimaanlage & liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nationalpark. Wir haben eine morgentour & eine Abendtour gemacht mit Guide vom Hotel das war wirklich Mega wir haben alle Tiere gesehen & tolle Fotos gemacht»

«Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep »
