«Loved the property and had a great time but the luxury in the listing was not there. The biggest issue being the pergola in the pictures was gone and replaced with a single umbrella. The string lights in the backyard were broken and the majority of items were powered by extension cords laying on the ground, many with tripped breakers. The pool/hot tub was unable to be controlled and we needed to text someone whenever we wanted a change. The outdoor cinema experience was a projector in a box that ...

«We enjoyed our stay overall and would book this property again. I will say it could use a little touch up on some things that are showing wear/tear and age, but nothing was enough to impact our stay. The location is perfect and the sunsets from the back porch are magnificent!»

«We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. There were 17 people in our group. Adults and children. Something for everyone to do. We enjoyed relaxing at the property by the pools, fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. We went scuba diving with better than most scuba, deep sea fishing on the tail walker. We hired chef Heather for several dinners. It was an amazing trip.»

«Great find a little north of where we usually stay in Marathon. Loved its cozy, efficient, canal location. My husband and I along with my daughter and her fiancé slept comfortably, but could have easily slept 2 more people in the bunk beds in second bedroom. The canal had plenty of turn around space for us to get out and in. I would stay again.»

«This area is great and the homes are nice with ample room and all the things you need. The good parts are the views are amazing, kitchen is nicely stocked, beds are comfy, no bugs, nice pillows and nice decor. If your looking for just a nice house to stay at this is a great spot. There were only a few minor issues with the space, the dish washer did not work, after 3 days of trying I somehow got it to run once. «We visited with 9 adults and had a great week at the condo and pools. Having 2 stories worked out perfect for us. Our kids and their friends had a separate area to hang out. The place was clean and exactly as described, and the hosts provided clear instructions for arrival and departure. We had no issues all week and loved using the pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, and games room. Shopping was convenient, and we took a trip snorkeling as well. Everything you’d want was near-by.»

«Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!»

«The condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking. The beds were comfortable and plenty of bath and beach towels. Bring your own necessities, tp, paper towels, shampoo, soap everything else was there! The pool and beach are fantastic! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!»
