Welcome to Sugar Hill Farm- a recently renovated Kentucky farmhouse that has all the amenities guests could want- including a pool!

This home offers a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5baths, sunroom, study, incredible horse views, inground pool & so much more! Live like a true Kentuckian & be surrounded by rolling hills & paddocks filled with our favorite 4 legged friends. Backing to WinStarFarm, guests are quickly immersed into the land of champions.
The space
Sugar Hill Farm is the perfect place for friends & family to gather when visiting the Horse Capital of the World! Surrounded by rolling hills & horses, you will quickly fall in love with everything this farm has to offer. Spend the summer days swimming outside, walking around the farm, grilling hot dogs & burgers, and even swinging under the trees. Watch your favorite movies or shows in one of the two living rooms on the main floor or listen to the rain in the cozy sun-room! There is so much for you to do at Sugar Hill Farm, no matter what season it is!

EAT
While we recommend several local restaurants, we also encourage you to use our well equipped kitchen to make your favorite meals! Enjoy your dinners outside on the patio or in the beautiful dining room. If you are looking for a simple, yet fun meal, roast hot dogs & marshmallows around the fire pit!

SLEEP
Traveling with a group of people? No worries! With four bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, there is room for everyone! The master bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bathroom. You will then find two bedrooms with queen beds & one bedroom with 3 twin beds.

AMENITIES
Sugar Hill Farm is a historic horse farm and is surrounded by gorgeous Kentucky landscapes and our favorite 4 legged friends. Our pool is the perfect place to spend summer days, the firepit makes the best smores, & the patio is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee while watching the horses run.

For inside activities, there is a large dining table to play games at with family and friends. There are 3 TV's in the home, 2 on the main floor and 1 upstairs in the Master.
Guest access
At the time of check-in, guests will receive a code to access the backdoor into the farmhouse. The key is located in the lockbox and you may use this key while staying at the property.
Other things to note
The pool is typically open and ready for swimming early May through Labor Day. However, if swimming is your fancy please let us know and we will see if we can have it open during your visit.
