«Very disappointing experience. The first red flag was the trash sitting outside the front entrance when we arrived. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and went inside — the lobby looked clean, so we decided to bring our luggage in. However, things quickly went downhill. When we got on the elevator, we noticed several dead roaches, which immediately made us uncomfortable. «The Hotel was clean and nice. The day staff especially Kayla was very good, nice and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the first room she put me in and quickly changed me to another. When checking out, the night manager seemed a little too busy when I went to check out. Overall, it was a nice place and the breakfast was very good.»

«I liked the willingness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a nice spread as well. What I did not like is when I checked into my room, it was extremely smelly housekeeping had to come up and spray air freshener. The room also did not get extremely cold so we were hot. We would’ve liked to use the pool, but it did rain during our stay again, the staff there was extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment did not work.»

«One of the worst hotel ever stayed at. The employies are rude and no service was given. Every day a group of workers that stayed at the hotell sat outside smoking and drinking by the pool. 1 ice machine in hole hotell, that was out of order the whole stay(7 days) Had a king room reservated but was given a 2 queen. A hole lot other issues to. A good advice FIND ANOTHER HOTEL in the area. We will never return!!!!»

«I liked the area and staff was great for the stay. The breakfast could have been better only had scrambled eggs one day no omelettes at all. A little let down on that and no bacon. The room was nice but pullout couch was very bad not enough padding and felt bars in pullout for quest which was awful and paid extra for suite do let down on that. Staff was great but could not fix bed and wanted that extra tv for guest.»
