Very pleased booking my stay at Buffalo Bills. I thought it was excellent value for money. Plenty of parking and a beautiful area to visit. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.
I will certainly stay again and look forward to it.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
We had an excellent lunchtime meal at the restaurant then went out for the rest of the day. Arrived back to our rooms around 11pm for the night. Some of the lights didn’t work and the bedroom and bathroom were somewhat dated and in need of refurbishment. The bed was very comfy though. No breakfast available but drink making facilities in the room.
Lovely staff, let down by the breakfast, poached eggs hard, deep fried sausages, suspect mushrooms & bacon as tough as leather, maybe employ a chef, not value for money at £15
Nothing to like, smelly, dirty dared room, luckily we were only there one night

Disappointed
Place looks good but food is not to my liking so went and ate in the local pub , place is tired needs a to be refurbished and better menu , food type . Saturday night only three people eating so this tells you something.
Restaurant are awful smell like smoke and need renew paint full room and we are bedroom are carpet are dirty like need rubbing remover and curtains not clear properly.. I have proof photo and outside leave mess scaffolding plastic on garden need removed not easy if any happen children and closed time early not right say 9pm shut . Last Friday night 8pm too early.. that hotel are should closed down cos old update
Awful, would never stay again.
Room was in poor condition, dusty and dirty cushions on bed.
TV didn't work (yes switch on tv was on). Kettle didnt work properly, only for 20 seconds at a time then stopped, took 10 minutes to get any warm water.
Bathroom was dirty, no hot water in bath despite sink having hot water.
Shower didnt work, but water cold anyways.
You could hear everything from neighbours, paper thin walls.
Only plus, bedding was clean and parking good.
Go sleep in a travelodge or something, this place is dire
Awful. It is a hostel for homeless on the ground floor

Disliked: Staff & service
Shower didn’t work, water for bath was cold. No answer from phone numbers provided. Went to reception at 8:10 am building was closed so unable to order breakfast. Won’t be going back.
I booked a room friday was sent the confirmation number by email . We traveled quite far to get there to be told there is no trace of my booking on the sistem and no rooms avaible even with a booking confirmation number appauling
I stayed with a colleague as we were away on business. The rooms were ok but could have been cleaner but the sheets and towels were clean. The bed was low and a bit hard, my colleague said his bed was on a slope.
Check in was straight forward and as we had to leave before 7am we posted the keys through the letter box.
Breakfast wasn’t available until at least 7am.
We ate in the pub area which was reasonable although the staff seemed to be confused, even putting another tables meal on our table (not ideal with the Covid-19 situation).
There was a play area outside which looked to be aimed at younger children and car parking was free.
Awful room, no hot water in the morning for a bath and shower head was broken had to have a wash from
The sink. Had to wait long time for a staff member to appear to check in and check out. Decided to eat elsewhere.
Lots of dust, cobwebs and spiders. The bath, sink looked new and in good condition, but skirting boards in bathroom terrible, needs some updating. Incredibly noisy we could hear someone snoring all night and traffic in the morning was loud as we had the window open.
The biggest let down was breakfast, my omelette was freshly cooked and was nice my husband however was unable to eat the bagel as he couldn’t cut into it as it was so hard. We were the only people having breakfast.
Despite signs everywhere about the eat out to help out we were charged the full amount and told that it only starts when the guys arrive later!!! Breakfast was over priced and we wish we had gone elsewhere to get the eat out to help out deal.
Staff were polite and friendly.
Not somewhere I would recommend.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating / attentive. The rooms were extremely clean. The beds were a bit soft for us. The only complaint was the food. Our sirloin steaks at dinner were chewy and the breakfast was for us not that nice.
