The House is located on the first floor of the Blue Holiday Seaside Residence in Letojanni, a village at the feet of Taormina. Our house offers all the necessary comforts for a family with children or friends looking for direct contact with the sea that can be reached by walking in the residence garden which leads to the beach equipped with showers for the guests. Once up to the first flight of stairs, the entrance to the house is through a first large terrace equipped with sink, washing machine and clothesline for longer stays. Here you will find a shoe compartment and an umbrella that you can take with you to the beach. Immediately inside the house, the living area welcomes you with a large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or visiting, dining area with an extendable table. The modern Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and everything you need to prepare tasty meals like at home. The elegant and functional bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer and comfortable towel compartments where you will find your linen.
From the internal living room you can access the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the Mediterranean garden with palms and centenary olive trees. The terrace is furnished for outdoor dining at a 6-8 seater table, for relaxing on the large sofa and armchairs while enjoying the magic of the landscape in front of you. The panoramic terrace is also accessible from the double bedroom from which you can see and hear the sea. The second bedroom is suitable for both adults and children up to a maximum of three beds. It has a comfortable bunk bed that, in the lower part, can be transformed into a double bed or two single beds, according to your needs and has a comfortable wardrobe for your personal effects and luggage.
Just 2 minute walk from the Blue Flag Letojanni beach and close to typical restaurants, bars and shops. The location is also ideal for excursions to Taormina, Isola Bella, the Alcantara Gorges and Etna.
