«They insisted we had no reservation at arrival. We made the booking through hotels.com app, and after ten minutes they found it through Expedia. Never mentioned in our order. We looked forward to free wifi, but that was out of order. Our room was up stairs, next to one of the busiest corners in León. Avoid those rooms . The noise was crazy. Horns and racket all day long. Also the room was old and the walls could need a prep up.
Good breakfast.»
