The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021, is located in Kappel, a neighborhood of Lenzkirch.

The apartment is ideal for hikers.
You can set out on easy walks or challenging hikes right from the house.

The adventure golf course (mini-golf) is also just a 5-minute walk away.

After a strenuous hike, you can relax in the swimming pool or the sauna.

This vacation rental is located in the Upper Black Forest near Lake Titisee. Attractions such as Schluchsee and Hinterzarten are within a 15-minute drive.

The apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and is accessible by elevator.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a large window. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a closet.

The living room offers an additional sleeping arrangement, allowing you to bring a child up to 12 years old.

The living room area is equipped with a TV and a radio. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a landline for free calls within Germany.

The living room opens onto an open-concept kitchen with a dining area.
The dining table offers enough space for 4 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a built-in unit featuring a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and ceramic cooktop.
There is also a toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, and a fully automatic coffee machine.

The southwest-facing apartment has a balcony offering a direct view of the Feldberg.
During the summer months, outdoor furniture is available for sunbathing or relaxing as the day comes to a close at sunset.

The swimming pool, sauna, and fitness area are located in the basement and can be accessed directly from the apartment via the elevator.
Use is permitted in accordance with the house rules. The swimming pool and fitness area are free of charge.
The sauna costs €4.00 per day for a bookable 2.5-hour period. (The coin slot accepts only €1 coins) and is available for exclusive use.

Additional Information

The cost for final cleaning is billed separately and amounts to 60 €. This amount must be requested separately prior to arrival and then transferred,
as must the visitor’s tax, which is currently €3.00 per person per day, and the cost of linens, if desired.
The linens service includes one set of bed linens, two hand towels, one bath towel, and dish towels per person and can be ordered in advance for €15 per person per stay.
Please bring your own sauna and bath towels.
